Objective: To determine patients undergoing heller's achalasia fundoplication. Material methods: Prospective analytical observational study be performed Heller's due by Surgery Service UMAE25 IMSS, symptomatology (eckardt) (Chicago) will evaluated during pre post-surgical, it established if statistically differences using t student, Anova Chi Square 95% confidence level 5% margin error. Conclusion: Through protocol we conclude thatthere achalasia, contrast an adequate presurgical assessment, technical knowledge avoid falling into biases operator (surgeon), technique as well close monitoring
